Ensembles from the Fanfare Band of the Royal Netherlands Army Mounted Regiments
The Fanfare Band of the Royal Netherlands Army Mounted Regiments has a brass quintet, a combo, and a saxophone quartet that are used to provide the musical accompaniment to military parties and receptions. They also perform at Ministry of Defence occasions in the Netherlands and abroad.
Brass Quintet
The brass quintet has a classic formation of two trumpets, horn, trombone and tuba. That formation provides a unified, quite festive, open sound.
The repertoire is quite varied. It runs the gamut from Renaissance music to modern classical. The ensemble is also proficient in popular music.

Combo
The Fanfare Band Combo sets the mood for your small gatherings. It consists of trumpet/bugle, saxophone, trombone, drums, guitar, bass and piano.
The combo presents a programme of entertaining music, also known as light music. That includes such things as Soft Jazz, Latin, Easy Listening and popular music.

Saxophone Quartet
The Saxophone Quartet of the Fanfare Band is a multi-faceted ensemble. The quartet’s unified sound, formed by the combination of the soprano, alto, tenor and baritone saxophone, provides a pleasant accompaniment to gatherings of all kinds.
The repertoire of this saxophone ensemble is very diverse and varies from original music composed for saxophone quartet and arrangements of classical pieces into light music. The quartet consists of enthusiastic musicians from the Fanfare Band of the Royal Netherlands Army Mounted Regiments.
